PLEASE HAVE YOUR COGGINS PAPERS & HEALTH CERTIFICATE COMING IN FROM OUT OF STATE)
The State of MO requires every horse and mule traveling in MO to have a current NEGGATIVE COGGINS TEST and out of state animals will also need a 30 day health certificate. MO requires that a coggins test be run annually to be current. You will be required to provide documents before registration at Story's Creek Campground. Do not tie animals to trees! Absolutely NO racing or rough riding allowed in campground. We require all manure cleaned out of stalls or campsite and be placed in designated area. MISSOURI EQUINE LAW 537.325: UNDER MISSOURI LAW, AN EQUINE ACTIVITY SPONSOR, AN EQUINE PROFESSIONAL, A LIVESTOCK ACTIVITY SPONSOR, A LIVESTOCK OWNER, A LIVESTOCK FACILITY, A LIVESTOCK AUCTION MARKET, OR ANY EMPLOYEE THEROF IS NOT LIABLE FOR AN INJURY TO OR THE DEATH OF A PARTICIPANT IN EQUINE OR LIVESTOCK ACTIVITIES RESULTING FROM INHERENT RISKS OF EQUINE ACTIVITIES AND NO PARTICIPANT SHALL MAKE MAINTAIN AN ACTION AGAINST AN EQUINE OPERATOR

Fire Pits are for WOOD ONLY, not trash. Dumpster is provided at Camp.
All campfires must be in fire pits provided and not moved.
Please don’t move picnic tables.
Also, please don’t move our Rocks around sewer or water faucets etc….. They’re there for a reason.

We are located near Alley Springs Mill, Rocky Falls, Klepzig Mill, Devils Well and Many Caves. Bring your UTV/ATV or Horse/Mule and Enjoy Some of the Most Amazing Trails and Breath Taking Views!
We are located about 1/2 mile from beautiful Jack's Fork River and Current River is close.

Our Campground
Story's Campground is a Newer Campground, nestled in the Ozark Mountains along the banks of the Spring Fed “Story’s Creek” And less than a mile from Jacks Fork River.
We are One of the Only Campgrounds that offer Full Hook Ups & Shower House, Covered Horse Stalls.
We have Jacks Fork River access near camp.
Our location is at the Beginning of Alley Springs Trail Head and Docs Mountain Trail on Tom Akers/CR 305 .
Yep! Trails Right Out From Camp!
There are Close to 300 miles of Trails that wind through forest, across Creeks and Rivers that is Available for you to Explore to Your Hearts Content!!

Full Hook Ups at ALL Sites
$40 a night with 2 night minimum. It will show $80 when you book, that’s for your 2 nights.
RV/tent site with electric/water/sewer/trash/fire pit/ picnic table .
BRING MIN 25FT EXTENSION CORD AND EXTRA WATER HOSE/ WATER SPLITTER
Be sure to view which sites are 50 amp available. All sites do have 30 amps #9-22 have both 30/50 amp
We are Located in The Ozark Mountains, so some sites may need boards or blocks to level, you are in the Ozark Mountains!!

(We have some back to back bookings, so if you're going to ride or float your last day with us, Please pull out and park in lower parking before going to do so)
ALL TENT Campers must rent an RV site, per Health Department.
